A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN EGGROLL
7/11/08
Started Writing At: 6:43 pm EST
Finished writing at: 7:01 PM EST

As you can see, I've decided to do a couple of new things with my blogs.

Time: 8:30 am
____________

I woke up and got out of bed rather slowly. My brother wasn't up yet, so I decided to take my time getting up. It took me about ten minutes before I finally stopped being lazy and actually got up.
____________
Time: 8:43 am
____________

My mom was angry at me--I had stayed up until 11:00 at night using the computer. She started her walk, and I used up all my computer time playing with Hellopayton and Boo on Club Penguin, which was stupid. I thought I had two hours a day in the summer, so I technically haven't used all my time yet.
____________
Time: 9:48 am
____________

My mom was even more angry because I hadn't stopped using the computer. I tried to argue my point, to no avail.
____________
Time: 10:00 am
____________

I decided to pull out my Bionicle stuff again. I just started randomly building and came up with three new Toa, unnamed as of yet, and two new villains, also unnamed. I have a plot developing, and I have yet to complete my final villain. They're...interesting. I hope to get pictures up later.
____________
Time: 11:00 am
____________

My mom went out to pick up flyers for my dad's window cleaing business, so I took the time to finish up my Vamprah signature, which can be seen in my sig or in the Gallery.
____________
Time: 11:30 am
____________

My mom came home, made us some grilled cheese sandwiches, and we ate Keylime Pie. It was good.
____________
Time: 12:00 pm
____________

My dad finally got home from work, and we provoked him to get up and start working around the house. We've done nothing with it since April when we moved here. Now that my dad has started the work, though, he's much happier.
____________
Time: 1:30 pm
____________

We had spent over an hour looking at what was wrong with the house. There's so much potential with this little ranch. The thing we're worried about most is the roof--my dad is afraid the boards are rotted out since there's no ventilation in the facia.
____________
Time: 2:00 pm
____________

My mom went back inside, and my dad and I sat on the deck for a bit. Then I remembered the thing that had been bugging me most: two boards screwed in tightly to the wall outside the house. They looked horrible and we were worried something was under them. I convinced my dad to get out the wrench and screwdriver, and, with bated breath, we took out the boards...there was nothing whatsoever. The wall was completely solid, didn't bounce, and nothing was under them. It was a relief.
____________
Time: 2:15 pm
____________

We decided to do some weeding on the path out to the driveway. We pulled up the big weeds and left the smaller ones to be sprayed later.
____________
Time: 2:30 pm
____________

My dad decided to do another project: raking three years worth of debris out from under the trees in our front yard. We took up a couple rakes and started under the first tree. My rake hit a rock, and I pulled it up, a huge ant's nest underneath. My dad started to get worried then, but we kept on raking. I had just carried over a new pile to the tarp when my dad started screaming. I dropped the rank and got away; I couldn't figure out what was wrong.
____________
Time: 2:45 pm
____________

As it turns out, we had accidentally raked up a bee's nest underground. A bee defending the hive had come in and swooped on my dad, stinging several times and pulling out before lodging the stinger in my dad's arm. We ran inside immediately and got ice and Benedril for it. We were lucky to have seen the nest when we did, or both of us could have wound up in the hospital.
____________
Time: 3:00 pm
____________

From there, I kinda just killed time until dinner, using the computer, doing a bit more building...
____________
Time: 5:00 pm
____________

We had homemade pizza for dinner, which was really good. Then Boo and my mom left for practice for the All-Star Softball Team, and I got back on the computer to type up my blog.
____________
Time: 6:43 pm
____________

I began typing up my blog after being delayed by some PMs and all.
____________

I hope you enjoyed and read my blog! Smile Please note: times are not exact in this blog, but are an estimate.

What a Face I can tell you didn't read it. It's not actually that long, the times just make it seem that way. Wink
