| Well theirs this guy I have known like forever and we tried going out after we were in school together but it was long distance and I thought he got to clingy so I dumped him and I felt really bad. For like a year I didnt talk to him until he called and now I still feel bad because he still likes me and I keep rejecting him.

| That's not your problem if he likes you still. Try telling him why you didn't feel like going out any more, maybe he'll stop and that'll be the end of it.

He's not getting over it to soon its already been like 2 years since I rejected him for the first time, and I would keep in touch but than I feel guilty when I see guys I like that are local you know. Like in school, If a kid I like asks me out I dont want to say no but I dont want to just dump him beacause something better came along. I still want to be friends with him. I have known him for 4 years to be exact and we went out for like 3/4 to 1 year which is a long time considering our age.

That's a tough situation, go with what you think is best. Ask a close friend/teacher/relative. Maybe they've noticed something along these lines. I don't know you so I can't really help that much.
