| Design-a-Smiley: A Graphics ChallengeAre you ready to take on the ultimate graphics challenge?
In this contest, you are required to design a CLUB PENGUIN smiley, not anything else. If you need a template, click here._____________________________________________________________________________
RULES
1. You may submit one (1) entry.
2. If you supply an inappropriate smiley, you will earn three infractions.
3. Your smiley may be animated or still, but it will not effect the winner.
4. First and second (2nd) place smileys will be added, but first place will receive more credits.
