| Well today I was I got a message on my Maplestory forum saying this:

| It's complete rubbish.
A) You didn't do it, therefore they can't fine you.
B) It's more about emails than forums.
C) The most they can fine you is 11,000 dollars, and that's for basically making them buy loads of stuff they really didn't want to, without giving them any chance of stopping..

Complete and utter RUBBISH.
CAN SPAM stand's for Controlling the Assault of Non-Solicited Pornography And Marketing Act of 2003.
It has nothing to do with you. Send them an e-mail back saying "I'm sorry to hear this. Can you please show me the link to the alleged "spam"?"
