| Yes, it was.
I should have put this instead:
File > Save for Web and Devices
That is the only way to save a GIF animation. If you save it by "Save As..." ,even is you put .GIF at the end of it, the animation will not show up.

| You could always save a GIF in Photoshop. You didn't know? "Save for Web and Devices" was made for GIF, not a solution to it.
