While the idea is definitely great, it wasn't executed all too well. The grey background is too blurred for its own good (but again, it looks good), and those black spaces (?) behind the red paint thing don't really look all too good. I'd suggest tuning down the lighting a bit since it looks forced and unnatural. The lips - the way you recolored them - don't feel right (I can't find a better way to say it), I suggest using a bit of burn/dodge on the coloring layer and maybe setting the layer mode to darken. The text adds a little 'oomph' to the whole tag, I like it. The focal positioning is also nice. Good job overall.

It looks nice, but the C4D could be improved, and the background isn't perfect.
