Isn't that cool? They designed the site to look like Photoshop. It is just a big forum for Photoshop (as you see) and web designing. I still think the forum has great GFX and effects. The big thing that I really like is the tools. Whenever you move the mouse over one, a little thing comes up telling you what it is and does.
