We're all helpful, trustworthy, caring, respectful, friendly, every staff member is Staff Member of the Month for me. Not including me, of course. Razz

It was hard to pick, but I'll go with Jazz. He definitely proved to me that he deserves the position he got, even though people doubted him, he did the job right and showed them that he's really up to it.
