Project Arctic (Sorry about the name) is something the staff is currently working, it would hopefully change the forum radically and improve it in many ways to make it more enjoyable for you to post. =)
Now, I won't leak that much information since I'm not allowed to so don't expect me to say much. I'll just tell you that we're going to bring back some old ideas, work on them more and improve them then add them to the forum. Three new systems are going to be introduced as well, you might know about one of those systems, too.
A new look will be given to the forum and the rules will be implied in a fair way that works for everyone. The forum will also be cleaned up, we're not gonna add all the updates at once either.
Stay tuned. Project Arctic, coming to a forum.....NEAR YOU!! 
If you have any suggestions or any features that you would like to see in the forum, please post here to get them included in the Project or post at the suggestions forum, thank you for reading.
