But this time the badge is going to be more pricey, because if someone has 5 badges he can automatically be an administrator.

And there will be more than a legendary pennguin badge there are going to be the most contest winner badge too, and other badges..

Yeah, lets hope a spammer isn't a admin. Anyway, the admin part isn't a good idae. Someone can be on your side then betrade you when they become a administrator.

The user should have 5 badges, and one of the badges is for being helpful and mature + spamless (means doesn't have a spamming history on the CPP Forums).

I think they should atleast be a Moderator to become it. And if they arn't they become a T.mod/Mod automatically.
