| Well, some of you may know about the new paper, Penguins Global.DarkBoom created the very first issue, and now she is hiring others to help out with the rest of the issues.We are in need of more organization and easier writing instead of using the PM system, so maybe we can have a special Newspaper fourm?It would be viewable to the following people.

Make it something like the CPP trade cards had.
