Ok,I finished the color changes and switched afew things.
Administrator - The administrators of a forum have complete control over everything. They can do all the moderator functions plus a lot of administrative features. They are the head of the forum. They have access to change the graphics and add subforums.

Moderators - A moderator can not do all the administrative features. But they can do all the basic functions like banning users and locking threads.

User Of The Week - The user of the week is the user who follows the rules and contributes most to the forum during that week. Every Friday the staff votes on who we think shows the best attitude and contribution to the forum and they get to have a purple username for that week.
Current user of the week - Snookims
Atomic Peng - This rank goes to the users who reach the 3rd highest rank in the forum. To get this rank you much achieve the 6,600 post mark. Once you reach that PM a staff member and they will give you access to that usergroup and room.You will also recieve 20 credits.The list goes in order from the first to get 6,600 posts to the latest.

| I see that could still use some code editing. 
I got rid of Kant from the mod group,changed the Atom description alittle,changed the UOTW and T-mod colors,changed the atom penguin list color,and now I'm fixing those codes.
