| How is diney ruining clubpenguin. Clubpenguin is trying to maintain a sucessful buisness. They can't if they are not making money. They need the money because they need it to pay for taxes and to keep their company running.
How would a new feature to make some spare change ruining the game. It's a product to make the game more popular. If pepsi didn't sell plushi's and whatever little knick-nacks they make, they would about 10% of they money they could be making from selling that. Do you see where I am going with this?? |

| I dont see why it matters that much. Its not like having the plushies and stuff is going to ruin the game. You can buy them if you want. You dont have to buy them. The only thing that will change is items, since the plushies have codes or something and you can get items.

Alot of games start out like this. Here are the steps of how games work-
-Game is very Good. The game is free.
- Hame has optional paying features after awhile
- Game gets boring, more paying features are out
- Alot of new stuff for paying members
- Toys, trading cards, ect come out for the game
- Game gets ruined because its not a game anymore, it turns into a business. |

| If all you're going to do in this thread is bash Disney, then don't reply at all.
CLUB PENGUIN has the end decision when it comes to marketing, guys--Disney might have come up with the idea, but Club Penguin agreed to it. STOP blaming Disney.
I don't think it's that bad, but $10? That's a HUGE rip-off. I can get a good Bionicle canister set for a couple bucks more, and that's better quality and more interesting.
However, you're forgetting the exclusive item part. That might be nice for non-members, especially if some of the stuff is igloo furniture.
