Ive got the game, the epf hq is kinda boring but it has
a nice Plasma screen the size of the stage, Its like a home
to me now Because i rarely see people in their anymore

Well to me i think the epf agent room and The PSA agent room are the same thing theirs just a slight difference anyway that penguin going through the wall was either a glitch o"or" he was using cheats codes or cheats.
